Virus and Spyware protection is absolutely essential these days. Recently I have been running all over our lovely Bridge River Valley, rescuing people's computers from viruses and worms. One of my clients had been using LimeWire to download music. Not a good idea. LimeWire opens your computer to all kinds of threats. This person had 148 viruses including the Bagle Worm, which almost destroyed her computer. And she was subject to up to 10 attacks a minute.
